How early can I park?
Please do not arrive before 7:30 am as we have much set-up to do. We will start parking at about 7:30 am.
Can I park with my friends?
Only if you arrive together. Parking is first come, first served. There will be no saving spaces.
What about displays?
We are not allowing displays of any kind at this show. Please do not have signs, easels, umbrellas, billboards, or other items on the ground or around the cars that people might trip on; no EZ ups, and no car stereos are to be used during the show.
When will I get my confirmation?
If you book online, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking; all other confirmations will be mailed out during the first week of June. Please bring your confirmation with you to the show so we can see that you have pre-registered.
Can I register the day of the show?
We will ONLY accept registrations on the day of show if space is available. Ponies and Snakes is a pre-registered show, and usually fills up well in advance, so register early to avoid disappointment.
Can I get a refund?
No, this is a rain or shine show; there are no refunds.
Can I help judge?
Yes, we would like you to help if you want to. If you have an interest in doing some judging please review the Judging page and email our head judge with your details.
Can I show my Cushman?
No, this is a Mustang and Ford powered Cobra show only. It is great that you have a Cushman but please leave it in the parking lot outside the show.
